Boundaries that are ethical, not just technical.
Accountability
Someone to answer to when it's wrong.
Identity
Knowing who you are when no one's prompting.

That's not a feature — it's the foundation. Without it, you don't have AGI. You have a very expensive mirror that lies faster.

What follows from it

These are commitments we can be held to, not sentiments. Facts are computed by engines the model cannot override. Memory carries where each thing was learned. Everything runs on hardware we own. When a measurement contradicts something we published, we withdraw it in public — twice so far.
